Rosalia Miranda
Nationwide Solutions, Inc., affiliated with the RER Financial Group, was founded in 1992. Rosalia Miranda is the President and Co-Founder.
Prior to co-founding Nationwide Solutions, Ms. Miranda served as Vice President of Commercial and Residential Due Diligence, and Manager of Data Processing at
Real Estate Recovery, Inc. Underwriting, file review, agency negotiations, client reporting and other aspects of mortgage loan evaluation were
direct areas of responsibility to Ms. Miranda. In addition, she was responsible for the coordination of the due diligence personnel training and
staffing for the completion of portfolio analyses.
During the past twenty-five years, Ms. Miranda has performed a wide range of responsibilities from loan origination on the primary market to
regional manager for a national wholesaler. She has experience as an approved underwriter for both conventional and FHA/VA loans. Ms. Miranda has an extensive background involving collateral analysis and market
acceptability of credit, whether agency or private. She has directed stratification and sales of a variety of marketable product in flow
and in bulk deliveries. She has directed all phases of operations related to meeting secondary market delivery requirements to private
and government investors including follow-up documentation for each type of delivery.
Donna Clark
Donna Clark is the Vice President of Operations. Ms. Clark supervises the operational activities of the
financial services firm that provides mortgage support services to portfolio acquisitions, due diligence firms and industrial mortgage
servicing concerns. She is also responsible for regulatory compliance, servicing and all supervisory functions as well as manages NSI's
due diligence projects. In her capacity of Vice President, Ms. Clark oversees new business proposals, field audit teams and manages the
internal and external audits. In addition, she is responsible for the quality control management and regulatory compliance relating to
the mortgage lending corporation and services company.
